REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade/custom preorder nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been submitted to production.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nicolekayco24@gmail.com and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
